Megan with Panther City Marketing was a great help for me today! She tuned up my wordpress website after a malware breech, and did it in person, which have been searching for and love. Megan is intellegent, effecient, personable and knowledgable. I can recommend her and Panther City Marketing to anyone, Five Stars.

I hired Megan to build a full WordPress/Elementor site (~$2,400). She agreed to pause with no fees while my first location was delayed. Later, for a smaller spot, she offered a “freebie” quick site—simpler, fewer features, using existing mockups. Instead, she passed that off as my paid WordPress site. I never agreed to GoHighLevel, and she never disclosed a switch. Calls, emails, and screenshots show she promised WordPress. I only learned my site was GoHighLevel after independent developers analyzed it. Her one later “HighLevel” mention was about a POS app—not the website platform. Megan, show me a text or email where you disclosed the platform change. It never happened. I only found out after outsiders analysed my site. Billing was also shady: she invoiced $947.19 as 25% of a new $3,788.78 total ($3,500 + tax), with another $947.19 pending. A $500 “discount” wasn’t real—she added nearly $2,000 more. The scope hadn’t expanded—it had actually decreased to fewer pages—yet she inflated the price while delivering a lesser platform. She also charged a $150 “consultation” she said was free (labeled 3 different ways). Errors were constant: wrong hours, misplaced services, “terms and condition,” “Friso,” wrong colors, sloppy SEO (multiple H1s), and even listing a $125 service as $12,500. Another reviewer noted she misspelled his business name—proof this isn’t just being “not infallible” as she claims, it’s repeated incompetence. Real agencies use a staging site for QA, not push errors live. Her reply here misleads: I did not approve a platform change, scope change, or extra billing. I deleted my initial 5-star review because it was written under pressure in her office after she promised a free consultation (then billed me anyway). Since posting my negative review, a sudden influx of glowing 5-stars appeared—though before, reviews were months apart. Even worse, my negative review disappeared. Is she paying for a service to bury criticism? Google should investigate. That looks like review manipulation, which violates Google policy. Shame on you for exploiting a first-time small business owner who was struggling. I cannot recommend Panther City Marketing—dishonesty, hidden billing, and incompetence forced me to rebuild from scratch.

Panther City Marketing completely redesigned the website for a not-for-profit organization where I am the president of the board. The team did an incredible job listening to what we (thought we) needed, how we were rebranding, and what we wanted our user experience to be. They took what they heard and turned it into a site that is far more than I expected. And the team was so easy to work with! I highly recommend!

Megan and her dream team have provided a wonderful and point by point process that has put me at ease while they are building my website. Their love and knowledge of their work truly shows as well as knowing our town of Fort Worth.

As a marketer myself, it's sometimes hard to be objective about your own marketing. A review of my website by Megan led to a range of key insights that I had not previously considered that made absolute sense in my experience. Megan reviewed the site, clearly documenting in a video all the areas of the site that were working, and what she felt could work harder. She outlined actionable strategies for me to put in play to improve my website conversion. Most of what she outlined was super simple for us to implement, so there was nothing overly technical or hard to follow. I highly recommend Megan's expertise.
