I'd like to thank the Outsourcing team. We've been working together for two months now. The Outsourcing team is setting up targeted advertising for our online English school. All our goals were achieved in both the first and second months. Everything was clear and to the point. All comments and suggestions were well-founded and greatly appreciated. They are true professionals. And their customer service is also top-notch. We'll keep working together.

I ordered contextual advertising setup and support. They simply wasted 10,000 UAH. They may be good at something, but not in the HVAC industry. They gained experience at my expense. When I tried to complain during the process, they said they would simply unilaterally terminate our partnership. Additional comment: 1. The desire to deliver results and actually delivering results are two completely different things. 2. I made suggestions to increase the likelihood of success, but you ignored them, citing "We're professionals; we know best what to do. The main thing is not to interfere." You were also provided with data on target audience research in my field, which you ignored. 3. Based on recommendations, you suggested finding contractors who would install air conditioners throughout Ukraine. I'm curious how you envisioned this during peak season. Considering that the air conditioning season lasts 3-4 months, such recommendations aren't implemented quickly. Moreover, you could and should have noticed this even before setting up the advertising campaign, rather than raising it only when the client began expressing dissatisfaction with your work. 4. I'll reiterate. When an agency regularly sets up advertising campaigns in a single topic, they immediately see which sites will generate sales and which won't. In my opinion, you had no experience setting up advertising for HVAC equipment. As a result, the budget was wasted. Perhaps you're delivering results for your client in other topics. Find common ground and get rid of the negativity??? Do everything professionally, and you won't need this. Don't take on anything you're not confident in. Good luck!
