Our technician, Wesley, was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and thorough during our appointment. The scheduling team (shout out to Jennifer!) made coordinating our service a total breeze! From text messages to courtesy phone calls, I felt informed and ready to welcome the technician to our home. This company knows how to provide Gold Medal service! All of my (MANY) questions were answered before we agreed to services, and Wesley was helpful in identify the critical services on our list. The work was completed same day, and their VIP program made my wife comfortable that we will be well taken care of if we ever have plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Out The Door Plumbing!!!
Zach was performing services for us while we were out of town and did an exceptional job keeping us informed and completing the service required. Zach returned today to install a new toilet and give us a wider access panel to the house switch-off valve. Zach is very knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything he was doing.
