⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Osteria Mozza stands out as a benchmark for pizza excellence. Over the course of my life, I have sampled countless renditions, yet the Meat Lover pizza here remains the finest I have ever encountered. Although we were dining on the set dinner menu, we chose to add this pizza as an extra item to share—a decision that proved revelatory. The crust achieved a rare equilibrium of texture, while the toppings delivered depth and harmony in every bite. Equally impressive was the service. The male servers attending to our table displayed attentiveness and professionalism, ensuring the experience was as polished as it was pleasurable. A timely note for discerning diners: Osteria Mozza will relocate to Orchard Ion after 31 July, with a revised pizza menu. This makes the current offerings a fleeting indulgence—one that should be savored before it disappears.

1. Awesome Service ! 2. Very delicious meal 🤤 which makes me want to dine-in again 😍 3. The Desserts that was served to us were extremely cool and cute, especially the waffles biscuits. I believed that the pastry chefs have put in a lot of time and effort to be so innovative with such design 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 4. Server was very observant and took the initiative to bring the next dish, immediately without me alerting him 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 PS: Is a guy wearing glasses, didn’t manage to get his name, if not I would have gladly compliment him. Anyway I have just made another reservation next month, see you soon and looking forward to my next delicious pasta soon. Once again, kudos to the team for making my 1st dining visit a memorable experience, which also makes my wife want to come back again 🙏🏻

Spectacular. Simply presented dishes that look normal or plain. But looks can be decieving. Partner and I had the 3 course lunch set - caprese and meatballs - ravioli and bolgnese - butterscotch budino Flavors from starter to dessert were very well balanced, not overpowering, every layer having its own purpose. The meatballs were seasoned to perfection. The burrata in the caprese (which tend to be bland) was paired perfectly with the pesto The ravioli had an excellent cheese filling paired well with the acid from the balsamic vinegar The bolgnese looked simple, but once you put it in your mouth and start chewing it is anything but. Perfectly cooked aldante pasta, bolgnese was well seasoned and incredible tasty with a great mouth feel. The star of the meal was the spectacular ending with the budino. Butterscotch can be overly sweet if not used properly or bitter of overcooked but the budino was creamy with a hint of alcohol or whisky 5/5 stars. Wait staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive. All in all an excellent experience. Will be back!

Finally put that Amex Platinum card to good use with the Table for Two deal — a 4-course set menu for two, complimentary. Not bad for a one-Michelin-starred Italian spot at Hilton Orchard. We ordered one of each option across all four courses. For starters, the Mozza Caprese was lovely, but the Burrata with crispy chilli and anchovy was the real showstopper — I’d never had cheese paired with crispy chilli before and it completely won me over. The heat and crunch against the creamy burrata genuinely surprised me. Onto pasta — the Tagliatelle with beef cheek ragú was the clear winner. Fall-apart tender and deeply flavoured. The Rigatoni alla Vodka was decent but felt more mid honestly. For mains, the Grilled Chicken Diavola was brilliantly smoky and well-seasoned, while the Grilled Iberico Pork was a touch tougher than expected. The Butterscotch Budino had this silky, next-level pudding consistency. My wife, however, found it a little too sweet and sided with the gelato instead. Ambience is warm and lively — it’s popular for a reason, so note that they do seat you on a 60-90 minute dining window. Staff were attentive throughout. A very solid deal if you have the Platinum card.

Came here for a birthday celebration. The services are absolutely wonderful, and the food is good too, especially the chicken and the sea bream on the course set. Love every bite of it! The staff even took polaroid and gave us a birthday card which is thoughtful and very much appreciated! Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the dessert is simply way too sweet for our Chinese palate.
