I thoroughly appreciated the design of orfeostory. i gave them lotsa space for creativity. the aesthetic outcome turned out to be a pleasant surprise to me, thoroughly aligned with my brand position. the project manager was very on the ball when corresponding with me and was very patient with all my asks throughout the project. the senior leader of the project acted very promptly whenever there were challenges to resolve. the developers' work could be better improved. i didnt work directly with them, but the changes that came back to me at times appeared as rush work than with mindful checks before handing over. the timelines of the project can be better managed to pre-empt steps ahead, and the critical paths of tasks. but overall, it was a pleasant experience with orfeostory, and i am happy to recommend them to anyone.
