Terrible experience! €3,000 wasted in 2 years! No relationship between client and supplier. My partner and I signed a contract for website creation and SEO positioning (I'll start by saying the website already existed and they didn't create it). That said, they said they worked on the website, which isn't true because it's remained as it was. We signed the 24-month contract, and our mistake was not reading that the contract automatically renews for another 12 months unless we cancel 90 days in advance. I repeat, our mistake. Since we're also in the market and we also sign contracts of this type, after several phone calls expressing our disagreement, we thought we'd reach a mutually agreeable resolution that would be painless for both of us (which we did and still do in our industry), but that's not the case! BEWARE!!!!!! We all work for a profit and to support our families or ourselves, but at least my partner and I work with PASSION AND COMMITMENT and a certain MORAL ETHIC towards the client! They work only for profit and lack RESPECT, PASSION, and THE WILL TO EVEN CREATE A RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND SUPPLIER! Luckily, not everyone in the industry is like this, but those who work with us now take care of the customer, and we don't call them, they call us. Not for money, but to make us participate in what they're doing. The pay is then a consequence of the work done, but DONE not verbally but in reality!! The name "zero hours" perhaps indicates that they dedicate that time to the customer!
