Orchid Premium Cruise

The overnight cruise with Orchid Cruises was the highlight of our stay in Vietnam. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and something to cherish for ever. From the moment we arrive in Halong Bay to the moment we left the boat, we were taken care of. The professionalism, friendliness and customer service exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent and our cabin was amazing. The cabin was well equiped and clean. We were the only ones with young kids and we were well looked after. Our waiter Peter was amazing and the cruise manager was very professional and explained everything. I totally recommend Orchid Cruises to anyone who wants a magical and memorable experience. We woke up to a beautiful view of Halong Bay and we will carry the smiles of all the staff in our hearts. Choosing Orchid Cruises to stay in Halong Bay was worth every cent.

The place was amazing and very calm mainly at night. The views were fantastic and unique! The employees were so kind and nice, that really improved the trip in a positive way mainly Rose because she was the most sociable and helpful!😁

We’ve been in our Ha Long Bay cruise and it was really great. Our experience with Orchid Premium was amazing as the staff was as always helpful, informative and on point with any kind of help we needed. Dong and Louis (and all their colleagues) were very kind and did a great job helping us navigate our first quick cruise. The food, the activities and the boat was exactly as we expected. It was a wonderful last-minute addition to our Vietnam trip.

Excellent cruise in one of the quieter bays. Delicious food and very attentive staff. Enjoyed the kayaking and a short swim. Smiley looked after us very well. Beware of the bar prices though. £60 for a bottle of Rose!

We took one night trip with family and it was such a lovely experience! The staff and the service was exceptional, our guide was so friendly, everyone was helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful, definitely much more spacious than cruises in USA or Europe. I would recommend the massage on the cruise (so good), there was also other activities like off shore trips or cooking class so you won’t get bored. Food was nice (in form of buffet mostly). The scenery of Ha Long Bay is amazing and I would recommend this cruise for family or couples, we had a lovely time and made nice memories. PS: you can ask them to book you shuttle to Hanoi after your trip which was really convenient.
