Orbit Media has been our website agency for years. But the other day, I met with one of the developers after submitting a ticket for design support. I was on a call with 'Joe Hansen', and he was absolutely wonderful to work with! He answered my questions clearly, helped me through the process, and was able to send me a recap of our call with suggestions and a quote for the support service within 1 hour after our call. He was patient, competent, and I felt that he took the time to understand my concerns even if I didn't have the right language for it. Together, step by step, we solved an issue I'd been having for months. I'm glad I opened a ticket and got a technician like Joe. I finished my web design project for work in the next week. I only give them 4 stars because Orbit Media can be a bit pricey for special support projects but it is well worth it for our small non-profit as we do not have an in-house web developer.
