I DON'T USUALLY WRITE REVIEWS BUT HAD TO FOR THEM. WORST COMPANY I’VE DEALT WITH TILL DATE – DEEPAK AND TEAM WON’T PAY THEIR VENDORS ON TIME FOR WHICH THEY REFUSE TO DO THE CLIENT’S WORK AND DELAY THE PROJECT BY 3 MONTHS THAT TOO WITH 10% COMPLETION INSTEAD OF THE PROMISED 25 DAYS. NO REFUND PROVIDED. STAY AWAY! BELOW IS THE ENTIRE CASE! JUST TO ADD - MOST OF THEIR REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND SEEM PURCHASED! Our company was getting a website built via Opstech, the project for further awarded to a third party who are based out of Delhi/Gurgaon. Completion timeline was 25 days as per the contract and initial funds of INR 15,000 wired to them upon agreeing that simultaneous payments would be made as per completion of the project. Even after 1 month, there was no progress on the work, after 2 months, we received only 1 aspect of the project which constitutes only 10% of project. Upon speaking with the third party closely, we realized that the third party company they appointed are not doing the work because OPSTECH owes them some money hence my project is on hold since 2 months. When we contacted them for refund since the work they've done isn't more than 5-6K INR, Deepak from OPSTECH is telling me that the total amount is 18,000 INR and we're settling it in 15,000INR for you just to avoid the refund. Whereas, the entire website including animations and other booking forms were promised to be completed within 25 days with a total amount of INR 60,000 and it’s really shameful that they don’t pay their vendors on time and clients like us have to face the consequences for the delays. They got ultimatums from the vendor itself to ensure and settle the amount but they’d just disregard and let their clients suffer even after being a middlemen and taking a huge cut from the actual project value. EXPERIENCED FIRST HAND AND GOT BURNT! OPSTECH IS DEFINITELY A BUNCH OF CROOKS! ONCE THEY'VE YOUR MONEY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PROJECT OR SERVICE. NO REFUND PROVIDED FOR THE WORK THAT ISN'T EVEN COMPLETE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Warning: Do not go for this Agency they only take money no further help. Literally they are working only for money once you pay amount they even don't receive your call. Note: They have only office for small work but if you want a good Website they give work to another agency and they take commission. I have worked with them they made a website of 10K and charged 50K from me. My personal suggestion in look any other good agency.
