I had a very negative experience working with Saralynn. The communication was poor and the interaction felt unprofessional and rude. Customer service is extremely important in this type of business, and unfortunately this experience fell far below expectations. Because of this, I won’t be working with this company.

Of particular note, they were open with our feedback and worked really hard to design exactly what we were envisioning (including a partial re-design). I don't think all companies would have been willing to listen to feedback and make significant changes, which I am sure took a lot of unanticipated time. We found them very customer-centered and would recommend them for this reason! We appreciated their attention to detail and responsiveness to emails.
