Communication was short, and if he's unsure about something, he'll ask a colleague for advice, especially when it comes to technical aspects of the website. I also appreciate that they maintain a trend line. On a website, you often have certain months when it's more or less busy. Knowing this helps keep you from getting stressed. They're not even worth that one star. I've been asking for several changes to my websites (I have five) since May 2020 (!), and they simply haven't been implemented! Yes, we'll sort it out internally, or is it that good? No, if not, no. Because I'm unfortunately far too busy with my business, this has been allowed to fester for two years. I'm thousands of euros lighter and haven't made any progress. If you're debating whether to choose this company, I advise you NOT to. To this day, the changes I requested—simple things like text adjustments—haven't been implemented! I see I've asked at least ten times when I search my email using a keyword. And no, sorry, I'm not going to ask eleven times. Three times nothing, and I deeply regret it. Edit: They're trying to delete the review through Google. Apparently, they don't have anything to do with Free Speech either.
