For many years, we've been regulars at Business Beats, the most important event of the year for real estate agents. You not only meet colleagues, but also friends. You also meet the OnOffice team, with whom we have a trusting relationship based on mutual respect, in person at Business Beats in Aachen. This leaves plenty of time to catch up and simply say "THANK YOU." Anyone who hasn't been yet—for whatever reason—should take advantage of the opportunity and join us in 2027. The catering, which is always a challenge for such a large number of people, surpasses itself every year—just like the event organizers! It's a blast—our new employee, who attended for the first time, couldn't stop beaming, and we've already booked our tickets for 2027.
Since I was no longer satisfied with my previous CRM system, I looked for a new solution and came across onOffice. I am very happy with my decision. I would like to give special praise to Mr. Ardit Hiseni. From the very beginning, he provided me with excellent advice and took plenty of time to address my needs. He was always reliable, responsive to all my requests, and took care of everything very promptly. I particularly appreciate his friendly, professional, and dedicated manner. He was always available to answer questions or address concerns and quickly found suitable solutions. Such good service is not a given these days. I am also very satisfied with the CRM system itself. If I'm not mistaken, I was actually one of onOffice's first customers back then – and today, in 2026, I'm still using it with complete confidence. I'd especially like to highlight the truly outstanding and readily available support. In the day-to-day work of a real estate agent, when things need to be resolved quickly, it's incredibly valuable to have competent contacts who take care of things and can actually help in what feels like 99% of cases. The software offers a wide range of possibilities for real estate marketing and is constantly evolving. Of course, it takes some getting used to, but once the processes are set up, onOffice makes everyday work significantly easier. For me, this combination is what makes all the difference: powerful features, numerous automation options, and reliable support. Many thanks to the entire team!
