It’s a traditional family-oriented brick and mortar shop but their service is comparable or even better than online shopping. For the same item listed online, the price may not be cheaper than online (due to the online vouchers or credits) but with the same pricing as offered by gain city/courts/best etc, their delivery service is top notch. My purchase for a Toshiba fridge was delivered the next day (5/6/2023) after making the purchase on Sunday. All other shops, be it online or offline weren’t able to meet the next day delivery! Kudos to Coach and his team to be able to meet my tight delivery requirement within less than 24hrs. I strongly recommend anyone to try out their service if appliances is required! They are always able to render help to you at moment notice!

I had an outstanding experience with this very professional and customer-oriented company, despite it being a family-run traditional brick and mortar shop. I initially used their service when a friend recommended Coach (the son) to me after my Samsung washer broke down for the second time in 5 years. Coach recommended a trustworthy Japanese brand and even arranged for next-day delivery as I needed the washer urgently. Recently, when my brother’s washer broke down, we immediately turned to Coach again, and he once more delivered excellent service. Since then, they have become our family’s go-to electronics shop for big home appliances. Their reliable service and dedication to customers make them stand out. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of top-quality appliances and exceptional service.

We got cheated by them. In July 2024, we ordered a steel cooking hob from them. Seeing that they were ran by senior citizens (supposedly 20 years in biz), we trusted them and paid them in full instead of deposit. They seemed like they know their stuff. First, we received the wrong material (We got glass instead of steel. they gave some lame excuse about it) We had to top up $50 for it. Second, wrong measurements and they accused us of taking the wrong measurements (product was too small). Honestly, we had high hopes initially, but terrible horrible service and product. We will seriously never buy from them again.

Ordered a EF 3 Burner Hob from seller with very professional and thoughtful service. We, are not sure of our stove measurements and they had brought 2 different sizes of hob to my residence for best fitting. Installation was a breeze and workmanship was of excellence tip top service. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and make future purchases. Mr Ong had provided sincere and genuine services. Good things must share !
