On March 25th, 2025 at approximately 7:30 p.m. . I spoke with Naomi. I told her I was old school and not knowledgeable about technology. I needed help sending documents to my attorney. The HP app was not working properly so she told me it could be downloaded in pictures and sent. During our conversation, I felt she was impatient, and became frustrated when I was asking questions and telling her what I needed. I make my living by communicating clearly with my clients. I very disappointed because most of the people I have spoken with at One Support have been fabulous. They have been patient, caring, warmly professional, and efficient. They have solved many of my technical computer issues. I will continue working with them. It's really unfortunate I had a negative experience with Naomi.

over billed me $500 dollars and would not give it back. The company is a scam, Please stay away for there service and go to Geek Squad, a well known support platform for your computer needs.
A year ago, my computer was hacked. I contacted One Support. They were able to remove all of the viruses from my computer and cleaned it up. Since then, they have supported in scanning issues, printer issues, and other Microsoft and program issues. I like having my own support team to call anytime of the day when the need arises. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. Well worth the money and you can add another computer for support for a small fee. Peace of mind. Highly recommend them.
Had difficulties with computer and android , contacted one support and was fortunate to have Foster answer. She was excellent in assisting with my issues on both computer and my android phone. She ws able to rectify problems and provide assistance with attacks on my phone attempting to scam me. Another employee over the weekend advised they could not do anything for me on my phone. Foster is great individual, personality second to none. Thank you for having her on your staff Joe Adams
