I thought I turned off recurring payments since I hadn’t used the service in over a year. I got billed anyway. They canceled, but not soon enough (talking days, not weeks). Even with zero activity or value from the site (basically a raw template site), those couple days pushed me into what they called an unavoidable charge. If you end up in a similar spot, expect a stream of “our policy doesn’t allow..” and “we have no control over billing” messages.

A Truly Kind and Supportive Company – Thank You, OnePage! I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I really want to say a big THANK YOU to OnePage. I had canceled my subscription a while ago, but later I couldn’t find the proof of cancellation anymore. I was worried I would have to pay again, even though I had already canceled. But OnePage was so kind to me. The person who answered my message was very friendly, very understanding, and really quick to help. Even though I couldn’t show any proof, they trusted me and made an exception. They canceled the invoice and didn’t charge me. That is really not something you can take for granted these days. I felt very seen and supported. Financially, things are not easy for me right now, so this meant a lot to me. It really shows that OnePage cares about people, not just money. And that makes a huge difference. I felt like I was treated with respect and kindness. Also, I was always very happy with the service in general. The website builder is great — super easy to use, even for someone like me who’s not a tech person. It helped me build a beautiful page without stress. I can only say: If you are looking for a good, honest, and friendly provider, I highly recommend OnePage. They have my full trust. Thank you again!

It looks great, but everything is behind a paywall. I need to see if I can use this tool before I invest my money.

Great software, that is very intuitive. Also “no techies“ don't need to worry. For me personally, the customer support is a real highlight. The team responds fast and always comes up with a solution, even if the obstacle has to do with something out of onepage itself. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I do not recommend it, waste of time and money I put time into developing a website on one page until the moment to connect my domain. To do so, you have to pay the subscription which I had to before trying out. I did everything they told me to connect the domain but despite all their messages, it didn’t work. They say the problem comes from my domain provider which is not true. I asked for a refund and they deliberately said no.
