One Nerd Solutions is ran by a WONDERFUL person named Kayla! She managed to keep me from having an absolute meltdown when my gaming PC crashed. She was friendly, helpful, and kept me up to date throughout the process. My issue was handled professionally and quickly. She is super friendly and I really appreciate the fact that she was upfront with possible diagnoses based on what I said over the phone so that way I knew what I was potentially facing. Hopefully I never need help again but if I do I am DEFINITELY going to reach back out!
Fantastic job! My Mac book pro was not starting up. Kayla responded quickly to my email for a potential appointment. When we met, she quickly identified the issue and explained what could be done about it. She was clear and kind throughout. She worked efficiently and had my Mac book running like new in just a few days. She provides a great service to this community for a reasonable price!
