My experience with this company has been disappointing. During the sales process, certain promises were made regarding services, maintenance, and overall management, but in my experience many of these expectations were not met after purchase. Edit: For those that are reading the reviews that have been posted after negative reviews are the reviews made by the employees of the company. Don't be deceived by them. The monthly maintenance fees are, in my opinion, very high considering the level of service provided. Communication and support have been limited, and the quality and availability of services have not matched what was presented before purchase. I recommend potential buyers carefully review all contractual obligations, maintenance costs, and what is actually included before making a decision.
