Have always loved visiting this place, there was a time when if you where building a computer visiting this place was a must, now there are other places , another favorite place to visit is Cecomsa, but Omega tech is still my favorite for all my computer needs, the people there are very knowledgeable plus they give u options and that is very very important also everything you buy there has guarantee. Love them. One tip, try and go at noon time, less crowded.

I would not return. I bought my computer in and at the beginning of the third week I had to call the technician to find out why I still had not heard from them only to find out that the part I needed (the exactly part that I said I had needed when I dropped it off) and despite being promised that they could get the part they tell me that they can't get it and I should come and pick it up. 3 weeks of time wasted. When I went in to pick up the computer I spoke to someone else who assured me they would get the part with no problem. Another week went by and still no part and I was told to come pick up the computer so now an entire month was wasted and I left with a computer that was still not repaired. This is not the first time that it's happened to me at the store either so I would not be going back there.

Good business. I went there to get an 100 ft wifi cable an it turns out that they can make any length. Customized length. I didn't use that service, but it's good to know.

Computer sales and repairs. All kinds of accessories and software with optional instalatiin. Service seems pricey and equal computers are more reasonably priced in many other shops. However sales people are friendly and efficient.
