The atmosphere here is a little different from other home builders and construction companies. 🤲🏻 The friendly relationships evident in the conversations between the staff and the company's overall enthusiasm for their work make me want to work there myself (lol). I'm so glad I built my house with Ohara Construction! ☺️🤍 However, I've become so close with my clients that we always end up talking for a long time, which interferes with our future plans, so I'll have to be careful about that. 😹

The overall atmosphere is very warm and easy to talk in. The sales representative listened attentively to my concerns and questions about building a house, and I enjoyed every meeting. They can build a house at a lower price while maintaining a performance level comparable to other companies. They frequently hold model home viewings and other events, providing many opportunities to learn about their products. I recommend that anyone looking for a construction company attend one of these events and talk to them first.

There's a place for the kids to play, and the staff at Ohara Construction are really nice, so it's a comfortable place and the daily meetings aren't a burden! Ohara Construction really does make our wishes come true as much as possible! It's so satisfying! There are also events every year which are fun!

We had our house built by Ohara Construction! On the first day of the meeting, I was reluctant to bring my child along as he had just been born, but they were happy to oblige and said, "Please come along as always!", so my husband and I were able to focus on the discussion! We love not only the house but also the warm hospitality of all the staff! We look forward to working with you in the future.

I built a house here, but I have nothing but complaints. The consultation stage was normal, but there was no greeting from the president, and only at the end, when we handed it over, The construction was very sloppy, and there were many problems. The service after construction was also poor, and even when I tried to contact them, they wouldn't get through. The sales person said they didn't say anything, and in the end they said they had a lawyer. It's best not to choose a house based on appearance alone; I should have built it with a reputable house builder. They give off a homey vibe, but only during meetings with people who don't cause any problems. I really don't recommend them.
