Alex and Kayla are my go to professionals for the job! I like that I can ask Oh, Hello Promo for less obvious requests whether or not the product or service is specifically listed on their website. Their broad skill set have allowed them to specially accommodate all of my requests. For example, they were able to 3D print a miniature version of our companies product and attach it to remote control cars as well as brand the cars with our logo. They also built and maintain our company store website. With nearly no effort on my part, Alex and Kayla were able to populate the store with great items and take care of order fulfillment for our employees. I used to hate getting requests at work for custom products but now I'm so excited to place orders knowing the level of service that Oh, Hello Promo consistently provides. They expertly navigate our company's order process and communicate with the purchasing and accounting departments. They can follow detailed specifications or make recommendations based on a broad direction. They help solve last minute needs and make helpful suggestions. They are always a pleasure to work with!

We ordered some truck magnets from Oh Hello! to help increase the number of applicants for some open positions. Not only was Elbert and the team at Oh Hello so helpful and easy to work with, but the product is great and exactly what we needed. Thank you!

I had Oh Hello Promo make some bottle opener sunglasses for an event we hosted in the Super Suite at a West Michigan White Caps game this summer. Alex was able to get me a proof same day and had the glasses to me very quickly. The glasses were a great value and a higher quality then you'd expect from a promotional item. It was very easy to work with the people (especially Elbert) at Oh, Hello Promo. They had excellent pricing on their products and a fast, efficient turnaround for design and revisions. I used them to purchase some items for the company I work for and we were all very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. We just ordered the products today, so I haven't seen them yet, but if they are at the same standard as the people working for the company I expect them to be excellent. 10/10 would work with them again!
