Very bad experience. After completing professional work for Oferplay, I still haven't been paid almost seven months after the project's completion. I advanced all the costs for extras and logistics, in addition to paying the VAT and income tax corresponding to the invoices issued. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation amicably and with a positive attitude, I have received no response or solution from them. What should have been a positive collaboration linked to a project for the Benissa City Council has turned into a long, frustrating, and disappointing process. I have finally been forced to initiate formal legal action to claim the outstanding amount. I would not recommend working with this company unless clear and reliable payment management is guaranteed beforehand.

Their services are a disgrace. You call 20 times and they never answer. You write to them and they reply weeks later (if you're lucky). They ask for payment upfront, you pay, you request the invoice, and I've been requesting it for weeks and haven't received a response. I absolutely do not recommend them. As soon as we can, we're going to stop using their services, if you can even call them that.
