My experience with this development company was, without exaggeration, one of the worst professional experiences of my life. I hired them for a web application project with all the enthusiasm in the world, and what I received in return was an endless string of disappointments, frustrations, and a level of disorganization I never thought possible in a supposedly "professional team." From day one, there were signs that something was wrong: deadlines that were absurdly extended, deliverables that never arrived, meetings that were postponed without explanation, and communication so poor that I had to constantly chase them down just to get basic answers. The constant feeling was that they didn't care about my project at all. On an emotional level, it was torture. Every week they promised me progress that never materialized. Every email I sent went unanswered for days. Every attempt to ask for clarity was met with evasive answers, vague statements, or excuses that bordered on the surreal. They drained so much of my mental energy that, looking back, I can't believe I allowed them to consume it. The money I invested vanished without me seeing a single functional result. But even worse than that was the feeling of having been treated with a lack of professionalism that no company calling itself professional should be allowed to display. What should have been an exciting process ended up becoming an experience that profoundly wore me down, to the point of affecting me personally for months. The least I expect from a provider is honesty, commitment, and respect. This company showed me none of that. My opinion, based on everything I experienced, is that working with them was a monumental mistake, and I sincerely hope that others don't repeat the nightmare I went through. If I could give them less than one star, I would do so without hesitation. Never before has a company caused me so much frustration, so much helplessness, and such a feeling of wasted time and money. Because of everything I went through, I would not recommend their services under any circumstances.
