We used NVITS for our company (online business and e-commerce) to help us streamline certain aspects of the business as well as our cybersecurity strategy since 100% of our team is remote. NVITS was a great business partner, they presented us with IT solutions to our challenges, from team communication, project management, automation, and security to make sure we are protected and secure. The team was very responsive even though we had a massive time differences (our company is in Dubai). We made it work, they adjusted to our timelines to get the deliverables done in a good timely manners. We were part of the "SonicWall breach" in Aug 2025...at the time, we'd been a client of NVITS for almost 3 years and I would have given a moderately positive review (some good / some bad). However, the day of the breach, the team acted with lightning precision to lock down our network & shut out the perpetrators! Probably every one of the security tools NVITS had in place was tested but all of them passed! Our IP and company data was protected, and the NVITS team worked diligently to fully scan/secure & get us back online within the day. From the "overnight watchman" who initiated lock-down procedures through to the post-mortem, analyzing the incident's audit and making go-forward recommendations; this team has security - the most important part of our complex IT environment - absolutely nailed down! I'm certain that if we had been with a different IT company, we could have lost everything! Always amazing service! NVITS quickly and efficiently handles all our technical and security issues. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and always operates with honesty and integrity. IT and security issues could easily become big headaches, but NVITS makes them minor inconveniences. We love working with them!
