Not sure why this place wasn’t on my radar at all but WHAT A LOVELY LITTLE restaurant!! Food is amazing, drinks are cute and decent. Seating is not abundant so make sure you make a reservation before. We had their Gyrados, Chopped Cheese, Moms Spaghetti and Brownie for dessert. I cannot decide what my favourite dish was because everything was so delicious. My glutton of a friend and myself thought we wouldn’t finish the food but we did just because it tasted so good. Good find, great night.

Such a cute spot on Club Street. Keith was so friendly and offered us the high table against the window which was the best seat in the house for 2 people. His cocktails were amazing - the spicy marg packs a punch but was so refreshing at the same time, and the classic amaretto sour was amazingly on point. We had three amazing dishes as well. Will definitely come back. Thanks Keith and all the staff for a great night out.

This is the first cocktail restaurant that I would want to return to and have the same drink. The breakfast club was a pleasant surprise because we had come for the food. Apps, mains and dessert were all amazing too. We enjoyed our meal from start to finish. Somehow the food and drinks were innovative, yet they give a sense of home and familiarity.

Set high above the city, NOST offers the kind of dining experience where the view becomes part of the meal. The restaurant combines modern European cooking with a relaxed rooftop atmosphere. The room feels elegant yet comfortable, with large windows that open out to sweeping views of the Singapore skyline. It is the sort of place that works equally well for a celebratory dinner or a slow evening with drinks. The menu leans toward contemporary European dishes with clean flavours and thoughtful presentation. Plates such as the Hokkaido Scallop Crudo, Dry Aged Duck Breast, and Iberico Pork with seasonal vegetables show the kitchen’s focus on quality ingredients and careful execution. The Handmade Tagliolini with seafood is another dish that stands out, simple but full of flavour. The cocktail programme deserves mention as well. Drinks are polished and well balanced, with signatures like the NOST Martini and a refreshing Yuzu Spritz pairing nicely with the food and the view. While the prices reflect its rooftop location, the experience overall feels polished and enjoyable. Service is attentive without being overly formal, allowing the evening to unfold at a comfortable pace. Between the food, the drinks and the skyline backdrop, this is one of those places where the setting and the dining experience come together nicely. A restaurant that feels designed for lingering a little longer over the table.

This is the first time I’ve felt like 5 stars is not enough. If you’re looking for a cosy hideaway from the Telok Ayer Main Street this bar is for you. The food is very tasty - I had the beef tartare. One of the top two I’ve ever had. Cocktails were fantastic - my favs were the barley and the negroni. Very unique tasting with lots of interesting flavours that shine through. Keith the head bartender is very friendly. One of the few good bars left in Singapore.
