Colin was very thorough and very knowledgeable, and explained everything that he was going to do in great detail. However, $375 to spray a 3ft by 15ft area of the lawn is beyond outrageous. I would highly recommend Colin but I would advise anyone that wants to use their services to check around for prices. I called 2 exterminators before I called Northeast, both said I could solve the problem myself by saturating the ground with water, I should have done that because $375 is absolutely insane.

Owen was great! He was thorough and discovered an entry point for the squirrel we hadn’t seen. He gave us a range of options and we didn’t feel pressured in any way to spend a ton of money. The whole process was so easy from booking to the service. We highly recommend Northeast Pet Control and Owen. Top notch communication and service! 10/10

On 1/2726, they came to do a sealing in my apt and destroyed my kitchen. Ripped off my countertop, broke the plumming to my sink, ruined my coffee pot, toaster, living room rug and drawers to my kitchen counter. They then crudely put my countertop back the next day, leaving the entire thing in my living room overnight. To top that off they placed it wrong, leaving a huge gap and damaging the nearby wall. I now have to buy new appliances and spend hours scrubbing my floors. My ptoject manager now has to get me a new countertop and repaint the wall. Do not let anyone from Northeastern Pest Control in your home unsupervised. They have employees working for them that will not respect your home.

The bug guy, Zach, was phenomenal. However, DO NOT hire this company to do rodent control. We had someone come out 2 times, due to a squirrel living in our exterior vent and ripping apart the outside of our home. Both times we were assured that there was no nest in the vent, and that there were no babies. They did not thoroughly check the vent work- they didn't use any tools or any cameras. All the gentlemen said was "It doesn't smell like pee" so there couldn't be babies. They captured the mother. However, after paying them $500- two weeks later, we got two small malnourished babies out of the vent work ourselves. Due to their failed efforts, the babies were up there suffering for all that time. To add insult to injury, their customer service was less than helpful and made excuses rather than apologizing. TLDR- If you want someone that will do a thorough inspection and ensure all the rodents are gone before telling you so- don't use this company.

Owen and his service gets 5 stars. He was on time, professional and answered all my questions. Had a swarm of ants enter home, at least I identified them as such. Had prior recommendation for Northeast Pest Service and I feel confident I chose an upstanding service company.
