In my case, I ordered some labels. They turned out to be excellent quality and very pretty. They adhere well, and the printing is very sharp. They were delivered a little later than the estimated time, but it wasn't a long wait. They kept me updated on the status of my order, and they were ready very quickly. The customer service in the store was very pleasant; the staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely. Thank you for everything! ✨️✨️

They never deliver complete orders; there's always something wrong. All they know how to do is justify it by saying the designer wasn't paying attention, even though their plotters don't print in "premium" quality. They try to sell you premium banners and vinyl, which is a lie—it just so happens they're the same thing. They charge 2% more than their listed prices. In five months, I've had three different salespeople: first Ms. Ariadna, then Mariam, and finally Ms. Gabriela. Besides, their team is made up entirely of interns, as if they don't have the money to pay a qualified employee. But hey, at least that explains why everything is a disaster. They never have permanent employees; it's always the same story, and then everything falls apart. My vinyl is stained, as if their operators don't know how to clean a plotter printhead. You order 13oz banners, and you get a flimsy 8oz banner, and they try to tell you it's durable and has a two-year warranty. And the warranty ends up costing you the same as the previous banner, not to mention the 3D signs—two weeks to deliver a job, everything badly cut and printed as if they couldn't afford good quality materials, and not to mention their solvent, a total disaster. Sadly, my relationship with you has come to an end. I'm not grateful, much less happy. Best of luck to you. Ms. Matysiel and Mr. Juan, it's a shame you only talk and don't act. I always received excellent service until I requested a design for my brand. I created 10 AI-generated sketches, all of which were awful, and when I asked them for a design, they offered me this—essentially, the same AI-generated version I had. And they still charged me. Of course, I explained that I didn't want an artificial, AI-generated image and asked for something more human and professional. Excellent for printing, but the worst at designing and delivering client projects. Zero stars. They lost a client. I gave them one star so I could process the link.
