They ask for full money before completing the service and after getting the money they don’t complete the work and run away. They will steal your money and run away. The representative there are very rude and not will behave. He takes the matter unprofessionally. Don’t expect your work to be delivered on time. If they say one month that means 6months and even at that long time of waiting the website is not fully run smoothly.

Before paying the deposit, I asked what would happen if I didn’t like the work, and the person I spoke to laughed and said, “Don’t worry, you’ll like it.” The first work they sent was fully AI-generated despite me providing clear instructions and examples, and they claimed it was “just to show the layout,” even though it was just random images placed together. After revisions, the work was still poorly done and not professional. They wasted valuable time on a project with a strict deadline and then refused to return my deposit. I was never allowed to speak to a manager, and the same person kept making excuses and even laughed when I called to complain. My deposit still hasn’t been returned.
