We worked with Adam to design a new website for Rotunda - a charitable organisation based in Kirkdale, North Liverpool. Adam spent a lot of time getting to know us, all the different elements of our organisation and us as people - this was really important to us as our website is a huge part of our online presence. Throughout the whole process Adam was patient, supportive and always on hand to answer any questions. We were keen to have a user friendly website and one that our staff could update themselves easily, training was also really important too! We now have a website that not only looks beautiful but is functional too. Already we have seen an increase in enquiries coming from the website which is fantastic! Adam, you’ve been a superstar! Adam was recommended to me and eventually was shortlisted down to three potential designers for our new website. From the outset Adam was very open, with a focus on designing the website around our customers experience and making me feel fully included in the process, which was very important to me. One thing that I noticed and was a consistent theme was that I liked elements of all his example work. I felt that this consistency would guarantee me a product that was professional, modern and engaging; really ticking all the boxes. In comparison, I liked only elements of the other designers work and felt the process would be more hands off and automated. His knowledge of driving sales activity, CRM and data capture meant not only do we have an amazing site, with a strong visual presence, but also able to prioritise conversion rates for our business needs. Working with Adam from Noise Creative has been such a delight! I run the marketing and socials for Ethica Diamonds, a lab-grown diamond jewellery company based in Cornwall and we really wanted to be able to run our own social media advertising in house. We used Adam's 'done with you' package which was absolutely perfect and has left me with the skills and understanding to create and manage the social Ads for Ethica and even given me the confidence to start planning running them for my Freelance Illustration business too! As someone who knew absolutely nothing about how the Meta Ads Manager works, Adam was so patient and thorough at explaining everything and breaking it down, always on hand to answer any questions and offer support either via WhatsApp, email or creating tutorial videos which we're hugely helpful. I especially enjoyed the early sessions of creating our custom audience avatars and really digging deep into who we were marketing to and exactly what messages we wanted to get across.
