GRE tunnel wasn’t activated because there was already one with the same endpoint IP. No error appeared during the order process, and the service remained pending until I opened a ticket. They then changed the IP to another one but refused to refund the period during which the service could not be used. So, out of a full month, I now only have 17 days. I don’t recommend them.

If you’re willing to accept not being able to reach the technical team for 48 hours, you can work with this company. I’ve never seen such a terrible company in my life. Their technical team is awful. I’m only here because of their automation system, and I’ll be moving away as soon as possible. When their automation breaks, it’s a complete disaster. For the past 3 days, we haven’t been able to make ASN and Whois changes via the subnet. The technical team’s response is that they don’t see any issue on their end. After making us wait for 16 hours, this is the only answer we get. Anyone with common sense should stay away. This place is terrible. Don’t ruin yourself just to save 10–20 dollars.

Service has worked flawlessly. Going to expand my services used from them.

VPS so slow I have been a client of noez since 11/05/2019 and I'm fed up. VPS parameters below: CPU: 1 RAM: 1 GB RAM HDD: 10 GB I do not expect miracles but a VPS with such a specification for one small website should work perfectly - unfortunately it is terribly slow, so I do not recommend it. update review : My server is offline again, without any information --- Hi xxx, a negative recension will not help to get the server back online. Please delete it and give us a note what the problem exactly is, what error do you get (and if you have tried to connect via VNC). Than our technicians will check.
