★★★★★★★★★★

I hired them for SEO, SEM, and Google Ads services from February to March of 2025. I feel like I wasted my money, not because I didn't get results (I know a campaign needs time to work), but because of the way they treated me. In the first meeting, I offered to do one of my sessions so they could understand my work and which keywords to use, and so they could connect with my approach. I'm a coach and sophrologist (relaxation techniques, etc.), and what I wanted was to focus on relaxation techniques, stress management, and anxiety management—not on coaching (we discussed this in the meetings). The summaries they sent me the first time didn't even include the keyword "relaxation techniques." So, I gave them a sort of summary of what I wanted to convey, including the keywords I wanted to use (always open to suggestions or improvements). Well, the same thing happened the following month. And on top of all this, they started running Google Ads almost from the beginning, without having a landing page for the ads. So, some ads landed on the contact page, others on the homepage, without any logic. I would have understood all of this if there had been communication on their part, and we had reached an understanding. Sometimes the parties don't understand each other, or we can't make ourselves understood, and that's okay; you start over from scratch and build a solid foundation. But what happened, from my point of view, is that the person in charge of creating the ads felt offended and even sent me a rather unpleasant message blaming the person who manages my hosting and the IT technician who handles maintenance: "We're seeing that the website isn't good, and we see that the campaign is failing for reasons beyond our control." You can't give clients that kind of answer. I think the best approach is to meet with the person and see what can be improved, fixed, or changed... and to take responsibility for each of their actions. I make mistakes often, and that's okay; you learn from them so you can do things better next time. My website is good, and the reason the campaign didn't work was that there was no structure, the pages led to random sites, and they weren't promoting what I wanted. It's easier to do coaching-related work, which they've probably done many times, than sophrology, which requires more trial and error because they haven't worked with a sophrologist before. Now I'm with another agency, and I'm getting good results. I don't think they're bad professionals; I think the person on the technical team didn't listen to my needs, and because they didn't take responsibility or open their mind, there couldn't be good communication.

I've been working with Nireweb for website maintenance and SEO for my Spirit Experiences project since December 2024. I'm truly very satisfied with their work. They are a serious, efficient team with excellent communication. They are always available, contributing ideas, improvements, and solutions, and it's clear they know what they're doing. Since we started collaborating, the website is much more optimized, more stable, and performs better, and we're also seeing a real improvement in visibility and search engine ranking. I highly recommend them to any company looking for a professional, proactive team that delivers results. A top-notch service.

They don't inspire confidence. They change the passwords for the websites you pay for without authorization or permission, and without prior notice. If you request Google Ads services, they create the campaign in their own account, not the one you provide. When you realize this, they tell you they'll give you access to the account as a guest, with no rights. If you pay for a website, it's yours; if you pay for a campaign, it's yours. You're not a guest... And that's why I'm completely dissatisfied.
