Nintendo Development Center No. 1

I grew up with Nintendo, having owned almost all the consoles, this building was a must see, as I also had done the Nintendo Museum, Super Nintendo World, and lots of Retro game hunting. While it's not the actual headquarters (that building is right next to it) This building has a giant Nintendo sign that is very easy to take a photo with, that had my grinning ear to ear seeing it in person. Definitely stop here if you're in the area, or checking out the Nintendo HQ. Unfortunately you can't enter this building, or the headquarters.

Bought a brand-new device → dead on arrival. No reaction at all, even after 30+ minutes of charging. Absolutely unacceptable in this price range. A disgrace for Nintendo! Shame on you — my son’s birthday is ruined, and on a Sunday I can’t even get a replacement console. On top of that, the performance of the Switch 2 is downright poor. It’s time for the company to fundamentally reorganize itself!

Very far from the various attractions in Kyoto, but It was worth reaching It by foot. I owned the N64 and the game Cube (EURO version) and they were great! Continue on your way NINTENDO: do whatever you like dont mind what the other brands think. Davide from italy

This is the building where Nintendo actually make the games, and they're pretty damn good games. If you want to complain about any of the scummy things they've done as a company (e.g. suing people), leave a review on their other office down the road, that's the main company office.

No you can't go in and no there isn't a shop but YES it is totally worth going if you're a Ninentdo fan! Great picture spot on the south side of the block and its only 5mins walk from subway station or 30mins walk from fushimi inari.
