I thought I had a bed bug issue in my bedroom, so opted to have the whole house treated. But Dinesh, the pest control specialist couldn't find any evidence of bed bugs on my bed. So I spoke to Alex the boss, and he agreed to let me do just 1 treatment just for the room (usually 2x). And he didn't charge me 1 cent extra. That saved me a lot of $. Really appreciate the honesty of the company. Dinesh was very professional, patient and thorough, and explained the situation and the whole process in detail. Definitely recommend Ninja Pest Control! We had rooms treated for bedbugs. Booking and service process were efficient. We would like to commend Dinesh, who was patient with his assessment and explanation on how we could fix our issue. He obliged with thorough inspection of the rest of the house at no additional cost.

We discovered a mouse in our kitchen and I reached out to Ninja Pest Control for help. They responded really quickly and arranged for someone to come within a few hours. A trap was laid and he gave us detailed explanation, plus helped us check the surroundings to assess where the mouse could have entered. A day passed and the mouse continued to roam in our kitchen. The mouse had claimed my kitchen. I was anxious as we had to close our kitchen to prevent the mouse from going to the other parts of our house. On the second day, I messaged Ninja Pest Control to update that the mouse was still not trapped. They replied swiftly even though my message was sent late in the evening. The next day, a Saturday, Ninja’s Dinesh came by and by then, the mouse had been trapped. He cleared it for us swiftly. Then when we told him that we had heard noise in our false ceiling and asked if he could check. He promptly agreed and thank goodness he checked, because there was no less than 10 dead mice there, trapped on two glue traps that had been placed there by another pest control company a few months back. It was hard work as the smell was bad and he had to reach for the glue traps. Throughout, he remained friendly and calm. Great respect for the work Dinesh does. Very thankful for the impeccable service provided by Ninja Pest Control.
