Suspected my kitchen's sink choke. Self rectify but it fails, so decided to call Vincent. After his magic service, the sink suction pressure is wow! Realised the choke was the build up of oil and I never do enough flushing to get rid of it. Thankfully, it wasnt any food as i used net for my sink. Knowledable trusted to go guy when u need any thing related to plumber works. Price reasonable! Important, he is a licensed plumber with PUB and he shares his knoweldge with you. I hope i dont see you again, in a good way! Hahaha. Highly recommended.

Vincent was responsive, patient with our queries and transparent in his pricing when we first reached out to him. He is knowledgeable and managed to quickly identify the cause of our water leak for the toilet when he arrived. He replaced the faulty parts quickly and shared with us the pictures of the items that he fixed. He also offered a 3-month warranty for the replacement. Will definitely recommend him to others!

I have never really engaged a plumber before. But after engaging NILE Plumbing, and in particular Vincent, I don't think I can settle for any other plumbers. Responsive, patient, knowledgeable and fully transparent with fees - these traits that one always look for in a professional...are traits that Vincent fully embody. Upon receiving my video and photos, Vincent had a preliminary diagnosis and explained to me (over the phone) what the possible cause of my toilet leakage was and how he would go about rectifying it. When Vincent arrived at my house, he removed my toilet and explained what the fault was and went about rectifying the issues. During the process of changing the faulty parts, Vincent also imparted his own knowledge and tips which I truly appreciated. His (and NILE Plumbing's) confidence in their skills are evident as they also offer a 3-month warranty! I will definitely look for Vincent if I ever have any issues in future! Value for money!
