I was having a problem with what I thought were palmetto bugs, but Robert came and I showed him the two dead ones I had put in a zip lock bag and he explained they were actually "Australian Cockroaches"! He did a great job explaining how they get in and did a very thorough job of spraying inside and on the balcony and setting traps and bait and recommending deterrents. I really appreciate the thorough job he did and I would definitely recommend him and Nextgen!
