Pending review edit no 2 After the fan was in around 1pm and my laptop was in before it arrived, decided to check in around 4:45pm myself physically and has said they don't know when it'll be fixed I'm sorta losing my patience... I understand you guys have backlogs of repairs I was hoping to have it done by today, seems unlikely not. Hopefully HOPEFULLY SATURDAY! so I can start playing some new releases games

Not recommended at all! I took a PS3 in for diagnosis and 5 weeks later still no result. Which at that point I cancelled the service and collected the PS3. Which took 3 days and me going into the shop on the 2nd day to see what was the hold up. I rang twice in that 5 week period for an update and was told the same thing “ the technician wasn’t in atm “ at no point did anyone from there contact me with some details. Zero customer service, don’t waste your time!
I took my laptop in here for a small job and he did it FOR FREE!! 😳 Very Good to deal with! Lovely bloke, did a good job, thanks!
