Eric Koppmann has been working with us for about 2 years. He has super patience with me as I am not tech savy. If I email for call him he gets back to me right away. EVEN when he is on vacation. I highly recommend Eric!

Nikki is very easy to communicate with. I really enjoy our meetings together . I feel she is very knowledgeable in what she does and not intimidating at all. Sometimes this tech stuff can get overwhelming to me but Nikki respects my questions and explains so I undersyand. Not a bunch of techy talk:)
