Horrible experience. I took my gaming laptop in, they held it for two weeks, didn't meet the diagnostic deadlines, and when I found out this place had multiple complaints against it, I decided to go pick it up. They made me pay 66,000 pesos, of which they didn't refund ANYTHING, even though they didn't do any work, and the diagnosis was incomplete and inaccurate. They're scammers. I took my laptop to another repair shop and they fixed it in three hours. I will never take a computer to this place again; the technician has no idea what he's doing. They're shameless.
