Newway has been my saviour, from replacing my faulty air con system to last minute service request due to leaking. They will do all the necessary protective work before cleaning. I’ve booked for my next servicing! Consistently efficient and effective! Polite and good service 👍

Technician Ah Feng was thorough in explaining that I didnt need a a chemical wash for my units after proper assessment. A chemical wash would have been an overkill and potentially no difference. I was concerned that my cold air being emitted was not as efficient as it used to be just barely a few months back. They performed a steam clean instead and checked that the refrigerant was sufficient. Seems to be effective and Im looking forward to cooler air. Honest and transparent with work to be done and pricing. So highly recommended.

Had a really good experience with Rana and his team today. One unit was done with a chemical wash and another with general cleaning — both were thoroughly cleaned. Rana took the time to explain the aircon conditions in detail, so I know exactly what to look out for moving forward. Really appreciate that there was no hard selling at all — just honest, genuine service. Highly recommended!

Very good service. The technician Ah Feng is very friendly and helpful. He explained to me whats wrong with the air conditioner and the service needed. The price for the servicing by this company is reasonable too and worthy.
