We asked NEW to handle everything from the architecture to the logo and store design. They are an excellent design firm that not only creates designs, but also fully understands the client's thoughts and background. We held numerous meetings, and even when the project ran into difficulties due to the property and other conditions, they worked together as a team and worked alongside us, which helped us to finally open. They are the perfect partners. They offer a one-stop service, from concept planning and architecture to store design, logo creation and graphics, and I believe one of their strengths is that they bring a sense of unity and a story to the design. They designed with the customer at the end of the design in mind, which has made our customers feel comfortable and at ease. I would definitely ask them for more creative work again.

We commissioned them to renovate the facade of our company store. They demonstrated excellent design proposal capabilities and flexibility, and thoroughly addressed our requests, questions, and even concerns. I believe they are a leading design company in Sapporo, and indeed, in Hokkaido. We would like to request their services again in the future if needed.

I was truly happy to meet NEW. I was about to leave a major company and never thought a private salon like mine would be able to ask them for help. I sent them an email, expressing my passion for the world around me (I break out in a sweat just thinking about it), and asking them to create a salon for me, thinking it was my once in a lifetime opportunity. Your courteous service eased my anxieties, and you came up with several stunningly cool design ideas. More than anything, I was impressed by the friendly staff and their way of thinking. From the store design, interior, logo, signage, shop cards, and more, I now have a salon I can be proud of. You guys are definitely making my life cooler. I'll continue to rely on you in the future!

We asked them to design the logo, key visuals, and other tools for our new opening project. However, they have a wide range of ideas not only about design but also about branding and promotional measures, so they gave us a lot of advice on the branding side as well. There were some concerns due to the impact of COVID-19, but the project got off to a great start and we look forward to continuing to work together towards the next development. And I think Kurauchi's greatest appeal is his personality, as he always responds with a smile and a positive attitude no matter the situation.

So many of the things that I thought were stylish and new in Sapporo were always created by NEW, and I remember being impressed that such a wonderful company existed in Sapporo! Not only do they create cool designs, but everyone at NEW is also very kind and warm, and they are very attentive to my concerns and flexible in their responses, so I'm really glad I consulted with them! Their designs are new, yet somehow comfortable and timeless. I'm sure I'll continue to secretly admire them for a long time to come!
