We hired Tim and his group at New Paradigm Marketing to develop a new e commerce site for us. The entire experience from start to finish was professional and effortless. To start, Tim furnished us with a Website Preparation Guide. This was extremely helpful in explaining the entire process as well as offering a complete and well organized outline of the steps to be taken during development. We found Tim and his team to be very professional, friendly, responsive and patient (as we are not necessarily technically savvy). The finished site is responsive, easy to navigate and beautiful! Comprehensive training was provided on updating our product on the site as well. Thank you Tim for bringing in our project in a timely manner with excellent results at a very fair price.

I interviewed a few web site designers, and chose Tim at New Paradigm Marketing Group because he was patient and willing to really listen to my needs and concerns. After that, he worked very hard and very quickly to help me build a beautiful website under very short timelines for our new store launch! I have found Tim to be caring, observant, patient, and very creative. He has an eye for great layout and writes very wonderful, engaging copy for our customers, keeping our look fresh and relevant. He is super patient with my off the wall requests at last minute notice, and really able to accommodate me beyond my expectations. On top of that, he is also a really nice guy, funny and charismatic, a pleasure to work with in all regards!

Tim has connected us with so many excellent vendors who have offered exactly the services we required in size and scope that fit our needs and budget perfectly. We have expanded into pay-per-click advertising, press release submissions, video messaging, community outreach and highly specified search engine optimization enhancements for our website. Tim is a phenomenal person to work with and is always genuinely enthusiastic about what's going on with our business. He is never at a loss for new, exciting and creative ideas for us to consider. I have had the absolute pleasure of having Tim at New Paradigm Marketing Group be my guide, website consultant and website creator. Tim helped me get clear on what kind of a website I wanted and then together we built it. Tim was there with me explaining all the steps and even trained me on how to do some of the back end creating. Tim has also a great service that many dont know about which is his website maintenance. My website got all the updates and any time it went down, Tim took care of it within 24 hours, sometimes within an hour. The website maintenance was an added bonus of his service, which I highly recommend. On a personal note: Tim is a man of integrity, when he says he will do something, it gets done in budget and on time :) Thanks Tim for everything :) Dermot B :)

A very enthusiastic five stars for New Paradigm Marketing! I am appreciative of their very helpful, courteous and friendly customer service. New Paradigm Marketing has been quick to respond to every change request we’ve had, large or small. Updates are performed regularly making our site worry free and leaving me to focus on other aspects of running the business. Our site has performed beautifully since it’s inception and has required almost no supervision on my part. I would not hesitate having New Paradigm develop a new site or take over management of an existing site. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable website that performs beautifully!
