They're by far the most incompetent company I've ever worked with. Horrible helpdesk and complete lack of customer service. Avoid at all cost.

My subscription was cancelled, but the payments keep coming. I've been trying to contact them for four days without success… the email replies are always the same: they've forwarded my request to the billing department, but I haven't heard anything back! By the end of the week, I'll contact my legal insurance if I still haven't received my refund. I'm fed up with wasting my time with people who keep me waiting! I'll update my review if I hear back from you; otherwise, I'll take the necessary legal action. A customer for 11 years!

Scandalous and fraudulent company Oxatis presents itself as a leader in the website creation and support market. In reality, my partner and I are independent business owners, and on the advice of our bank, which is also their partner (Crédit Agricole, to name names), we decided to trust them. We spent hundreds of euros on the complete package, including creation and support, followed by a monthly subscription for website maintenance. Today, after hours of work creating articles, content, etc., we learned that Oxatis will cease its website creation services and will close all its sites by the end of the year. So far, they haven't even officially announced it and continue to open accounts and debit their clients' accounts. This company should be banned from anything related to commerce; it's clearly intentional theft!
