I became aware of netspirits through an employee on LinkedIn and subsequently contacted them. An initial consultation was arranged. On the day of the scheduled meeting (March 26, 2026), I received a last-minute cancellation due to a colleague's illness. I immediately offered two alternative dates (March 30 and 31, afternoons). No response. On April 2, I contacted them again. The reply stated that the relevant department was handled internally by only one person, who was still unavailable. They said they would get back to me. Today, April 27, 2026 – almost five weeks after the initial cancellation – I still haven't heard anything. I am convinced that the illness was used as a pretext to avoid collaboration without being upfront about it. That would have been more honest, at least. The result: Due to this delay and the lack of communication, I have lost a potential client for whom I had considered the agency as a partner. For a company that markets professional communication services, this was a more than disappointing first impression.

I participated in the SEO/SEA Manager certification course and had two instructors from Netspirits. I was incredibly impressed by how practical the material was presented. I highly recommend the course and am very much looking forward to applying the solid knowledge in practice.
