Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable Web Service Provider Update : It’s been a week since I paid the money he demanded to hand over my website credentials, yet he still refuses to do so despite multiple reminders. He withholds essential login details and hosting information, effectively holding the website hostage and blocking us from managing or transferring our own platform. I strongly advise against working with this individual for any web-related services. Our experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Despite having paid for hosting, he failed to follow through, which led to the suspension of our website — an unacceptable outcome, especially for a paid service. He is completely unreliable, often going silent for weeks or even months at a time with zero communication. Any technical issues or requests for updates are met with long delays, if responded to at all. Worse still, he refuses to hand over critical login credentials or hosting contact information, effectively holding the website hostage. This has made it impossible for us to manage or transfer our own platform. To add insult to injury, he is now demanding further payment despite not having delivered the services agreed upon. As it stands, the website remains offline, and we are left in a bind with no access, no updates, and no transparency. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and damaging — especially to any business relying on an online presence. Proceed with extreme caution or, better yet, avoid altogether.
