Our experience was negative with Cathy. Having just bought a business that she was providing services to we were open minded to staying with her, it would have been the easiest route for us. But, we found Cathy to be unhelpful and condescending to the point that we felt blackmailed to pay unexpected, significant invoices before she gave permission for web-site hosting to be transferred when we tried to move away.
