Stayed here for 1 night after staying at Paradise after my sister left. It was easy commute from Paradise via free metro train. With a fine art degree, I found the design hotel environment pleasing but odd there's no art in the room. I really liked the room and the little walkway with beach and cat playing. Observatory tower is a short walk away and further to beach, fishing village with more eateries. But not much within close distance. Good if you want to be in a peaceful environment. The free airport shuttle was convenient. Good dining options and convenience store on site. My only disappointment was not getting any perks for having a Marriott card, which has never happened before for part of Marriott hotel group.
Location is convenient for the airport. It has a convenience store built inside that charges normal prices, very helpful. The buffet and lounge are top notch. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is fantastic. The pool/sauna areas are okay, but a little weird to watch the lifeguard making bubbles to provide the atmosphere. Would happily stay again if I needed a place near the airport.
Should've stayed here before. I tried almost all international hotel chain around the incheom airport. Very good experience. A bit far from the airport but its very quiet and peaceful. If you got a car, very short drive to an island road with tons of cafe. I like how artistic the hotel is. Except the bathroom floorm but luckily they provided anti slip mat. Very clean as well. Will come again in the future. And as a marriot member, got an upgrade which is fantastic.
Staying here for a next day flight was ok. The airport shuttle bus stop at ICN T1 was under the bridge. The drivers were kind enough to load the luggages for every guest. The bed was nice, so was the little balcony. Nice that different glasses / cups were provided. The in-room drinks and snacks were not for free though. I didn’t like that they made you sign a T&C including “using the non-slippery mat in the bathroom”. If the bathroom floor would be slippery, the hotel should not design it either slippery tiles in the first place. Apparently the design concept in this design hotel applied to the aesthetics but not the bathroom floor…
Nest Hotel was a pleasant surprise that exceeded all my expectations. During both of my stays this month, I was upgraded to the next room category as a Bonvoy Titanium member — a thoughtful gesture that stood out, especially compared to the less satisfactory room allocations I experienced at Plaza Seoul and Courtyard Suwon on the same trip. The rooms were spotless on both occasions, and the bed was comfortably supportive. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were professional and friendly, and the airport shuttle driver was equally courteous and helpful. Overall, this is a well-managed, comfortable property that I will gladly return to on future visits to Seoul.
