As an entrepreneur, I've worked with dozens of marketing agencies. NeoSem is the weakest of them all. I approached NeoSem with questions: SEO, SEA, content creation, content strategy, and the creation of a website for one of my companies. I was fobbed off with an MBO-level copywriter who required three rounds of feedback on every piece. After a few weeks, it turned out that this copywriter had handed her work over to an intern (!). I lost a lot of valuable time, raising my objections, requesting a fee waiver, and asking for introspection. There was no introspection, only refutation of arguments. NeoSem charges €120 per hour to write texts of abysmal quality. The keyword research was sketchy and not implemented. After a few weeks, it also turned out they didn't have an in-house content creator. The website designer was of very poor quality. I was enticed with grandiose stories, but ultimately had to do everything myself. The first meeting seemed promising, but after that, you're passed on to very mediocre employees. I received an invoice for €3800, and none of the work is visible on the website that will be launched. There was no quality input, no added creativity. It was just run-of-the-mill texts. I paid for absolutely nothing. I asked if we could round the amount to €2000, which was still way too much, but I could live with that. Now they keep nagging me for more money. NeoSem is mainly focused on making money, has no self-reflection, and lacks quality in its crew. NeoSem - NotSem. Don't Do It.

I had a very enjoyable and educational training session at Neosem. Everything was explained clearly and in a pleasant manner, making it easy to follow and immediately applicable in practice. What made the training even more valuable was the knowledge and guidance of Fieke and Tamara. They are both very knowledgeable, explain things clearly, and take the time to answer questions thoroughly. This instilled a lot of confidence and made the training very pleasant to attend.
