I hired National Positions because I was told getting a 3–4 ROAS “wouldn’t be a problem.” Apparently the only thing that wasn’t a problem was spending my ad budget. The campaigns were unprofitable the entire time. Watching the account performance felt like watching someone throw my wallet into a wood chipper while confidently explaining “the algorithm is learning.” The craziest part? Before hiring them, I was able to get around a 2.25 ROAS on my own.
