Nandhana’s Restaurant @ Yishun

Service is attentive. Environment is bright. Food is to my liking but spice level a bit challenging for me. Many choices to choose from and price is reasonable. Ordered both dry curry version of chicken and prawn. Chicken one is more interesting. The mutton soup is a bit bland but mutton is tender and the soup is potent.

I had a very pleasant experience at Nandhana’s, which was recommended to me by a friend from Chennai. The pictures honestly don’t do the food justice — I absolutely loved the masala dosa, and it truly tasted authentic! Highly recommended. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, unlike some places that can feel a little cold or intimidating, and we were greeted so kindly by the managers, especially Arun (or Aaron).

"I've been a regular at this outlet for a few months now, and I'm thoroughly impressed! 😊 The food is consistently delicious, with standout dishes like sambar and rasam that's always served hot and flavorful - I often request extra cups, and they always oblige! 😄 Avial is a personal favorite, and the Mor kulambu is a game-changer - it's surpassed all the other versions I've had so far. The Puli Kulambu and various veggie options like poriyal and kootu are also top-notch. The ambience is great, with a spacious and clean dining area that's nicely lit and well-maintained. The table arrangements are comfortable, making it a pleasant dining experience. The service is excellent - the staff are friendly, attentive, and quickly get our preferences. They've got a great attitude and are always willing to accommodate requests. Overall, I'm giving it more than 5 stars! If you're looking for authentic South Indian cuisine with great service, this is the place to be. 😊

I had a wonderful dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented. Every dish was full of flavor and exceeded my expectations. What made the experience even more memorable was the excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout the meal. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. Ennada Biriyani Panringa dei!! You’re charging almost $15 for a biriyani, but the quality is honestly terrible. No wonder there’s no crowd at your outlet. I’m usually someone who can still enjoy an average biriyani, but what you served was on another level of disappointment. There was barely any flavour, the mutton tasted off, and the rice was very average. On top of that, there were way too many cardamom pods and cloves in a single serving, which made it really unpleasant to eat. About a month ago, I also tried the kothu parotta, and that was below average too. After giving this place more than one chance, I definitely won’t be coming back. Please avoid this place if you’re looking for good food.
