It's a fairly big park, especially for Tokyo. It's surrounded by office buildings so there are a lot of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. You can actually play and sit on the grass. Weekdays at lunch time there are about 5-7 food trucks with meals priced at roughly 700yen. At night they have lanterns lit in the trees so it's quite pretty. And in summer there are misters on to cool the area off.
Nice area of peace and quiet but near bot Nakano Broadway and station.no playground but toilets,smoking area for those that need and to relax exercise or walk the dog. On a hot sunny day lots of shaded areas.

Nice place. Quiet place. Very windy though. Food trucks and restaurants and combini nearby. Good sunbathing spot for the hot summer days. :)
A great place for a family weekend, good food and drinks, with plenty spaces for running and playing. A real oasis in the middle of Tokyo.
