We had a partition wall made to create a children's room. From the time of the estimate, they patiently answered all of our various questions and concerns. They also handled repairs other than the partition wall and replaced wallpaper in areas with graffiti, so we're very satisfied. The staff were also very polite.

We asked them to do a full renovation of our apartment in Hachioji (excluding the kitchen). They were very responsive from the pre-contract meeting, and even though I made some unreasonable requests from the first meeting, they were so willing to try their best to accommodate them that I was captivated and signed the contract. I was prepared to live in a hotel during the construction period, but they were able to accommodate the work from my home as well, which was very helpful. There were many decisions to make, such as wallpaper, floors, and fixtures, but they worked with me to think through each one, and in the end, the finished product was just as I imagined, so I'm very happy. They also continued to provide detailed follow-up after the handover, so I'm really glad I asked them to do the work. Thank you for this wonderful renovation.

This time, we chose Izumida from among four companies, including major renovation companies, based on their estimates and proposals. The reason is that they understood our ideals and ideas, and even exceeded them with surprisingly impressive proposals. They also kept everything within our budget, worked together with us, and accepted our requests from the beginning until near completion. We are incredibly grateful and apologize for any inconvenience. The real biggest reason we chose them was the personalities of the representative and Mr. Shibuya, who was in charge of our project. If anyone is considering renovations, I highly recommend them (sorry if this sounds condescending). Incidentally, their estimate wasn't the cheapest. There were cheaper and incredibly expensive options. However, I'm glad we didn't choose based solely on price. To avoid regrets, it's important to have many discussions and see how well the company understands your needs.

While I was looking for a house in Hachioji, I consulted with a company that I knew could handle everything, right down to the renovation. I had contacted several companies, but I gave up on them because of their high fees and lack of experience in renovations. However, Izumida's fees were low and they had a strong track record of renovations, so I decided to hire them. They made each room and living room very livable, and I was very satisfied with the property purchase and renovation. From moving in to removing leftover items and even hiring an architect, I was amazed at how much they could do for such a low price! I'm extremely satisfied with the finished product.
